E-Pulsive is one of my favourite ways to work out because its only 25 minutes so is great when I’m in a rush! It’s based upon a training called EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) which targets deep into muscles that are not always worked when regularly training. Its hurts but it’s so ADDICTIVE and I LOVE IT!
